At Casa Creciente, we strive to enhance your stay by coordinating premium services through trusted local providers. These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery
  • Chef-Prepared In-Home Meals
  • In-Room Massage Therapy
  • Daily Housekeeping and Laundry Add-Ons
  • Private Tours and Experiences
  • Local Gym or Fitness Passes

By requesting or using these services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Definition of "Casa Creciente"

Casa Creciente refers to Unit 603 in the D’Vine Residences building, located at Lázaro Cárdenas 388, Emiliano Zapata, Zona Romántica, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. It includes the individual unit owners, the building management, the front desk team, and any property management assistants or vendors we engage to help manage the unit or coordinate services for guests.

We may, from time to time, operate under or refer to ourselves using other names, including but not limited to: Adam Timothy Home, Adam Timothy Group, Casa Creciente, D’Vine Condo, D’Vine 603, the names of each individual owner, AT Real Estate Group LLC, or Adam Timothy Group LLC. All of these designations refer to the same operating entities for the purpose of coordinating services and supporting your stay.

These parties do not directly provide the third-party services described in this document, but serve as facilitators only.

2. Role as Coordinator Only

Casa Creciente acts solely as a coordinator for third-party services. We do not own, operate, control, or guarantee the performance or availability of any third-party vendor.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Casa Creciente disclaims all responsibility or liability for:

  • The conduct, availability, or quality of any third-party service.
  • Any accident, injury, loss, property damage, or inconvenience during or resulting from such services.
  • Service interruptions, delays, or disputes with third-party vendors.

Services are arranged at the guest’s request and used at the guest’s own risk.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Services may be paid directly to the vendor or processed by Casa Creciente and passed through in full.
  • All service charges are non-refundable once confirmed unless otherwise noted by the provider.
  • Gratuities are not included unless stated and are at guest discretion.

5. Guest Responsibility

  • Provide accurate information for service coordination (e.g., allergies, mobility concerns, dietary needs).
  • Be present and ready at the scheduled service time.
  • Communicate directly with the provider for changes, concerns, or follow-up.
  • Abide by all applicable local, state, and national laws during the stay, including those governing in-home services and behavior within the building.

6. Service Requests & Scheduling

  • Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute requests may not be fulfilled and could incur additional charges.
  • Casa Creciente does not guarantee availability or successful delivery of any third-party service.

7. Changes to Terms

Casa Creciente may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Use of any coordinated service implies acceptance of the most current version.
