Our Story

Adam Stanley and Timothy Powles co-founded Adam Timothy Group, part of AT Real Estate Group LLC, to blend their backgrounds in real estate, technology, consulting, and hospitality into something more personal: a business built around connecting great people, curating thoughtful homes, and enabling meaningful experiences. While they primarily serve clients buying, selling, and investing in real estate, a growing focus is Adam Timothy Home—a curated collection of rental properties in Austin, Charlotte, and Puerto Vallarta that reflect their shared eye for design and love of hospitality.

Travel has always been a major inspiration for their work. Adam has lived, worked, or vacationed in more than 50 countries, and both he and Timothy have a deep love for Central and South America, where they find both creative and personal connection. That global perspective shapes how they approach every project and property—bringing together comfort, beauty, and intentionality to create spaces that connect people and build community.

From hosting travelers in Puerto Vallarta to supporting clients relocating to Austin, Adam and Timothy design every experience to meet people where they are—whether it's for a restful stay, a new start, or a moment of inspiration. Adam's background as a former CIO and Chief Digital Officer of Cushman & Wakefield adds strategic insight and operational depth, while Timothy's career in hospitality, property management, and as a former executive chef ensures that no detail is overlooked.
