A major foodie and well-traveled guest himself — around forty-five countries and counting — he holds high expectations for cleanliness and service, and hosts to that same standard: filtered drinking water, good coffee, quality toiletries, hot showers, and wooden hangers, because they're exactly what he looks for when he travels. He divides his time between Puerto Vallarta and Austin, Texas.
